Rewards Points Program:
At Legend Outfitters you can earn REWARDS POINTS whenever you make a purchase. Once you sign up, you will automatically earn points for every eligible purchase. Its our way of saying, Thanks for shopping with us! Your points will add up faster than you think and they never expire.
Q. How do I sign up?
A. To become a member of the Rewards Points Program, all you have to do is click on the MY ACCOUNT page and fill-in the information including a valid email address BEFORE you make a purchase. Once you sign up, youll see the amount of points you can earn on each product page. You can see the total amount of points you have earned on your MY ACCOUNT page.
Q. How does the Rewards Points Program work?
A. After signing up, you will automatically earn REWARDS POINTS on all eligible purchases, which is like getting 3% back because you can earn $.03 cents for each dollar you spend. The Rewards Points are then traded in for a Gift Certificate to use on future purchases.
Q. How do I know how many points I will earn?
A. Each product will note the amount of points you can earn on the product page. It will be listed in the Rewards Points Box that is usually under the photo of the product. You will earn points for each eligible item that is purchased. For example: If you buy one product that is worth 10 points and one that is worth 20 points then your total points earned at checkout will be 30 points.
Q. How much is each point worth?
A. You will earn 1 point for each dollar spent. The amount of points earned will vary depending on the price of the item(s) purchased. Since it is based on 3% of the items cost, it will either round the total points earned up or down depending on the price. So for every dollar you spend you earn $.03 cents back.
For Example:
1 point for each dollar spent.
1 point = $.03 cents which is 3%
$100 purchase* = 100 points x $.03 = $3.00
*Points accrue on the base price of the item and are not earned on tax or shipping.
Q. How many points is each gift certificate worth?
A. You can redeem a gift certificate with as little as 333 Points!
Here are some examples of the amount of points needed for each Gift Certificate**:
333 points = $10.00 Gift Certificate
667 Points = $20.00 Gift Certificate
833 Points = $25.00 Gift Certificate
1667 Points = $50.00 Gift Certificate
3333 Points = $100.00 Gift Certificate
**Gift Certificates may only be earned/redeemed in the increments shown here. Partial points cannot be redeemed until a full Gift Certificate is earned.
Q. How do I redeem my points?
A. You will receive a gift certificate for your points earned. This way you can use it to purchase eligible products from our site. Here are the steps to redeem your points for a Gift Certificate:
Click on the My Accounts button on the top of the page.
Login to your account
Verify that your email address is correct because this is the address to which the Gift Certificate will be sent.
In the My Rewards section, you can view the amount of points you have by clicking the View Details link.
In the My Rewards section, you can redeem products by clicking the Redeem link. A list of Gift Certificate amounts available to redeem will display. You MUST click Redeem in order to use your points. Otherwise it will add a gift certificate in that amount to your cart. Click on the Redeem link underneath the amount you would like to redeem and then verify that you want to redeem that amount. You will only be able to redeem a gift certificate if you have earned enough points for that gift certificate amount.
Once you choose the Gift Certificate amount, an email containing the Gift Certificate will be sent to the email address listed on the account.
Program Rules:
Participants of the Rewards Points Program must provide and maintain a valid email address in order to receive communications about the program, including delivery of the Gift Certificate that is earned, as well as notifications about changes to the account and/or program. Membership in this program is not transferable to other participants and points cannot be transferred to other participants or combined across multiple accounts. You begin to accrue points as soon as you sign up and activate your account. By signing up for the Rewards Points Program, you agree to receive operational communications about this program as well as marketing materials from Legend Outfitters.
Gift Certificates must be used to purchase qualifying products from Legend Outfitters and cannot be exchanged for cash. Points will be posted to your account within 35 days of the purchase date, delivery date, or shipment date. Back-ordered, layaway, or pre-order items may not be credited until the item is paid for in full. If an item is returned, points will be deducted from your Account in the amount equivalent to the amount of the return. Points can be earned by only one membership per transaction and cannot be split, transferred or gifted to others. Gift Certificates cannot be applied toward tax or shipping. Discounts and coupons cannot be used to purchase Gift Certificates. Gift Certificates are not transferable and may only be used by the member to whom issued. Gift Certificates will be available approximately 35 days after reaching the Gift Certificate issuance level chosen. Gift Certificates may be used in conjunction with most other discounts or offers toward the purchase of products, not to exceed the purchase amount.
Gift Certificates may be used as a coupon for discounts off future purchases at Legend Outfitters and may only be redeemed for a discount off purchase amounts equal to or greater than the sum of the Gift Certificates presented for redemption, excluding non-qualifying redemptions. The following items are considered non-qualifying redemptions for which Gift Certificates may not be redeemed: prior purchases, purchase of Gift Certificates , purchases made for resale, payment on any loan program offered by Legend Outfitters, sales tax, state fees, shipping charges, delivery charges, service charges, restocking fees, recycling fees and commercial purchases. Other exclusions may apply.
Gift Certificates have no cash value and no change will be given for Gift Certificate redemption. Gift Certificates may be used only once. The Gift Certificate does not expire, nor are there any fees associated with these cards. The following items are considered non-qualifying purchases for which points will not be awarded: instant rebates and the value of mail-in rebates on purchases, purchases made for resale, purchases paid with a Gift Certificate, sales tax, state fees, shipping charges, delivery charges, service charges, restocking fees, commercial purchases, recycling fees, other excluded charges, and certain items that are excluded in particular promotions. Rewards Points are not earned for purchases made using a Gift Certificate because points have already been credited for the purchases that originally earned the Gift Certificate.
Members who have no qualifying Point activity during any continuous 12-month period, may automatically have their membership expire on the last day of the 12th month of membership inactivity and that membership may be inactivated. Memberships may be canceled at any time by notifying Customer Services by e-mail or phone. Cancellation may take from 6 to 8 weeks to finalize. Upon cancellation, your membership will be inactivated.
In situations involving misuse of the program, we specifically reserve the right to freeze related accounts and stop future redemption of Gift Certificates issued from those accounts. Legend Outfitters reserves the right to terminate your membership for any reason or no reason and at its sole discretion.
Resellers are specifically excluded from the program. If you purchase items for resale, we reserve the right not to award Points, and to deduct improperly awarded Points. Legend Outfitters employees may be excluded from participating in the Rewards Points Program.
Legend Outfitters may modify or terminate the Rewards Points Program at any time by posting the modified rules on the Legend Outfitters website.
