HERE AT LEGEND OUTFITTERS, we work hard to get you the items you want as quickly as possible. Most in-stock orders will be processed, packed and shipped the same day if placed before 1:00 p.m. EST; otherwise, they will ship the next business day.
Standard Shipments within the Contiguous 48 US States:
FREE shipping and handling on all orders over $100.00 via UPS Ground service or United States Postal Service (USPS) within the contiguous 48 US states(some restrictions apply). Delivery to P.O. Boxes can only be delivered by the USPS. Standard delivery rates are calculated using the best shipping method. USPS packages will be sent either First Class Mail or Priority Mail. Most orders will be delivered between 2-10 business days.

Standard Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico:
Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico customers add $6.00 shipping to all rates listed in the contiguous 48 U.S. States chart. Allow 1 - 3 additional days for delivery.
Additional Shipping Information:
- Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
- Shipping and handling charges are subject to change without notice.
- $4.00 - $9.00 will be added to all rod orders that do not meet the free shipping guidelines depending on the length of the rod.
- Some items require an additional shipping charge due to size, weight, or quantity ordered. These charges will usually be reflected on your order total during checkout.
- All clearance sales are Final.
- Tracking numbers and status are available through the Order Status Page.
Cancelling Orders:
Any order that you wish to cancel must be done so the same day and before 1:00 PM EST. Once the packaged is shipped we will have no way to cancel the order. Shipping times vary depending upon the day. We will do everything possible to cancel the order before it is picked up by UPS or USPS. If the item has already shipped you may return the item(s) at your cost for a refund minus shipping costs.
APO/FPO Shipping
- APO/FPO shipping is provided through USPS. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.
- APO/FPO and U.S. possessions are sent USPS First Class Priority Mail. Rates for these destinations and services are calculated at order placement and a shipping quote will be emailed to you within 2 business days.
UPS Delivery:
UPS may require a signature in order to leave the package. If a signature is required and no one is available to receive the package, UPS will not leave it. You will need to make sure someone is available at home to receive the package or have it shipped to a business address where someone can sign for it. Legend Outfitters is not responsible for reimbursing shipping charges if no one is available to receive the package.
Out-of-Stock Products:
We try our best to know the inventory status of our products in the warehouse and what our suppliers have in stock but occasionally, factories and suppliers may fail to ship products to us and we do not fully know what items were shipped until we receive the shipment. If you order an item that is not in stock, the shipment may be sent with all available items and the out-of-stock items will be sent free of charge as soon as possible. If all items ordered are out of stock you will be notified via email or phone. These back-ordered items will be sent using the best method, which is usually either USPS First Class Mail or UPS Ground. If you have specific shipping requirements, please contact us.
Special Orders/Drop Ship:
Some items listed on our website may be shipped directly from the manufacturer. This will be noted in the description of the item. Please allow additional shipping times for these items. If you need the item to have expedited shipping, please email us at customerservice@legendoutfitters.com to confirm the availability before making the order.
Damages:
Do not accept packages showing signs of external damage. Your claim for concealed damage or loss should be reported immediately to our customer service department at customerservice@legendoutfitters.com
Returns/Exchanges:
If you are not satisfied for any reason you may return new and unused items in the original box within 21 days. You may exchange the item or receive a refund via the original payment method less any shipping charges incurred. Special orders are not returnable and cannot be accepted. In order to receive a refund, all merchandise must have the original manufacturer tags and identification stickers. Defective merchandise shall be returned directly to the manufacturer under their return policy. Contact us for any help or contact information needed in the return to the manufacturer. All returns must be insured and postage prepaid. Please, clearly print/type your name and address on the outside of the package. Merchandise must include a copy of our invoice or packing slip and must have your name and address printed clearly on the package. Shipping and Handling is non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse the return of any item in which the purchaser has made previous multiple returns or if the product has been used. In addition, we will not accept orders from customers that have demonstrated a high incidence of returns after purchase.
Please contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#) number prior to returning the product.
